Highly digestible vegetable protein for inclusion in young animal diets made by microbial fermentation of high protein soybean meal, creating a product that is very low in anti-nutritional factors. Antinutritional factors are removed via fermentation and not heat treatment. Processing temperature is low preventing protein damage. This is a dried soybean meal fermentation product produced by adding cultured Bacillus subtilis and Pediococcus pentosaceus.
